The role provides on-the-job training and opportunities for continuing education. You will handle inquiries, assist with estimates, inventory, and payment coordination while contributing to a proactive team in a lake-management environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Biology or related field preferred.
• Well organized, highly motivated, and a team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service and listening/sales abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and via telephone.
• Assist management with project coordination and material tasks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct spot checks of materials and high-value items.
• Coordinate collection and submission of credit card receipts.
• Support branch manager with follow-ups and projects.
• Assist with creation and coordination of estimates and communicate options to customers.
