George Washington University is seeking an Administrative Associate to support the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences. You will manage calendars, travel, correspondence, budgets, and data reporting to enable undergraduate initiatives.

The Columbian College of Arts and Sciences (CCAS) seeks a highly skilled Administrative Associate to provide senior-level administrative and operational support to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and advance strategic undergraduate initiatives across the College. Serving as the primary administrative partner to the Associate Dean, this position manages complex scheduling, oversees office operations and budgets, coordinates high-profile events and meetings, and serves as a key resource for data analysis, communications, and project management. The Administrative Associate exercises sound judgment, works independently on a wide range of priorities, and collaborates with faculty, staff, and university leadership to support the successful execution of undergraduate academic programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:Performs other duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.
Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Hiring Range: $26.82 - $34.89
