The Front Office Building Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our school. This position requires a highly organized, reliable, and friendly individual who can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment. The candidate will also support the school principal and staff by performing various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate proficiency in current technology utilized in educational settings, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet research, Outlook email, and Canva.
Possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day.
Communicate effectively with parents, students, staff, the community, and the principal, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Maintain accurate records, encompassing student files, staff records, student activity funds, and banking records.
Uphold the confidentiality of information pertaining to students, staff, and parents, both within and outside the school environment.
Exhibit a willingness to learn new skills and aspects of the position continuously.
