BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned Manager, perform a variety of administrative support functions in an assigned departmental office; relieve the supervisor of administrative details; organize and coordinate office activities, coordinate the flow of communications, and maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.
EDJOIN Classified Application SCOE Administrative Assistant I Test certificate or a higher level SCOE clerical certificate (must be attached to the application)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from High school and two years of increasingly responsible administrative experience. College-level course work in business office management, or related field desirable.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Driving may be required.
