Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join the Everlight Solar team as a Sales Enablement Assistant. This entry-level, full-time, remote position involves acting as a personal assistant to the Sales teams and liaising between sales, project management, and customers. Administrative skills are essential.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with CEO and Executive Team to implement company goals and strategies.
  2. Participate in company-sponsored self-development and team-building workshops.
  3. Assist Sales Managers and Consultants with project completion.
  4. Collect and present data for sales teams.
  5. Communicate with customers to gather information.
  6. Act as a liaison between sales and other teams.

Requirements

  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • Availability for 40 hours/week, with rotating shifts from 7 am to 10 pm, including once a month on Saturday (8 am - 6 pm).
