Job summary

Accent Electrical Services, founded in 2003 and based in Broomfield, Colorado, is a commercial electrical contractor seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

You will provide administrative support, assist managers, handle clerical tasks, payroll, accounts payable and tax reporting, and help maintain licenses and registrations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Drive and email.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
• Support managers and staff with organization and communication.
• Handle clerical tasks including payroll, accounts payable and tax reporting.
• Greet visitors and answer and direct phone calls.
• Maintain licenses and business registrations as needed.
