PURPOSE:
The Zero Suicide Project is a multi-year, SAMHSA funded initiative focused on the implementation of the Zero Suicide framework across all programs within the Jewish Board. Zero Suicide is an evidence-based framework for improving suicide care in health systems, reducing client losses due to suicide. Through implementing Zero Suicide, the Jewish Board commits to transforming its own system of care toward client safety, reduction of suicide deaths , and creating a culture of support for care providers.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Project Director and p rovides secretarial and administrative support for the Zero Suicide Project. This includes but is not limited to: monitoring and maintaining all files and records, using office automation products, typing routine and complex correspondence, co-generate flyers and announcements, and is responsible for the timely distribution of such documents.
