The Department Administrator is responsible for the overall administrative operations of the Mathematics Department and serves as a key resource to the Department Chair, faculty and students.
The Administrator manages a broad range of academic, financial, personnel and programmatic responsibilities, supporting both the undergraduate and graduate programs. Working closely with the Department Chair and Assistant Chairs, the Department Administrator ensures the effective day-to-day operation of the department while supporting longer-term academic planning and departmental priorities. The position requires a high degree of independent judgment, organization, discretion and the ability to manage multiple complex processes and deadlines simultaneously.
