Vulcan Roofing and Vulcan Properties are seeking a reliable, organized, and driven professional to support operations across both businesses. This is a dual-role position with approximately 75% of responsibilities focused on administrative support for Vulcan Roofing and 25% on leasing support for Vulcan Properties.

In this role, you will work directly with the owner of both companies, gaining hands-on experience in operations, customer relations, and growth strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key team member at an early stage, helping shape the internal systems and client experience for two rapidly growing local businesses.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support – Vulcan Roofing (75%)
  • Coordinate project schedules, crew assignments, and internal meetings
  • Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, job documentation, and customer communications
  • Maintain accurate digital filing systems for project records, warranties, and permits
  • Field incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support job tracking, invoicing, and documentation collection from field teams and subcontractors
  • Assist with light marketing tasks such as requesting reviews and occasional social media updates
  • Serve as a right hand to ownership in daily operational support and special projects
Leasing Support – Vulcan Properties (25%)
  • Respond to rental inquiries and schedule property tours
  • Assist with application processing, lease preparation, and renewals
  • Keep property listings up to date on various online platforms
  • Communicate with tenants to support a smooth leasing and renewal process
  • Help coordinate move-in/move-out procedures and related documentation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (business, communications, or related field preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, leasing, or customer service roles
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with scheduling or CRM tools is a plus
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
