The University of Michigan North Campus Children's Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support center administrators and the community. This onsite role focuses on front desk duties, documentation, and coordinating supplies and tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least two years of admin experience, with strong interpersonal and software skills for email/phone inquiries and standard office tools.
The Children's Centers has an exciting opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant at the North Campus Children's Center. In this role, you will support the North Campus Children's Center administrators and community. Reporting to the Administrative Services Manager, you will help maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment for center staff, families, and U-M students.

Monday through Friday during hours of center operations. Specific schedule to be determined by manager and you, there may be an opportunity for non-standard scheduling.
