Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, is seeking a Project Manager to support the implementation of new initiatives. You will work with leaders and stakeholders across the organization, guiding projects from discovery through execution while tracking milestones and outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, coordinating meetings, ensuring documentation, and escalating risks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • Experience in project management or project support is required (1–2 years).
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

Summary
Job Summary

Responsible for managing and assisting with the implementation of new projects and initiatives. Assists leaders and stakeholders in all facets of project work, from discovery to implementation. Works on multiple team projects simultaneously and may serve as project manager for a small project or a portion of a larger project. Focuses on project management details, including identifying gaps and follow-up actions that maximize project outcomes.
