Brigham and Women’s Hospital is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide routine administrative and secretarial support under moderate supervision for a department.
You will coordinate scheduling, arrange travel, prepare spreadsheets and presentations, take minutes, answer calls, and manage supplies and equipment. The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in MS Office; hybrid work location at 850 Boylston Street and 40 hours per week.
