Mass General Brigham's Center for Global Health is seeking an administrative professional to support Associate Directors and staff, ensuring timely coordination of multiple projects and cross‑center activities.
Under the Sr. Program Manager's direction, you will monitor schedules and budgets, prepare regular updates, analyze data, escalate risks, and guide junior team members to ensure successful program outcomes.

Under the general direction of the Sr. Program Manager of the Center for Global Health, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate Directors and Administrative staff within the Center, maintaining a close and highly responsive relationship to all members of the department, and performing several cross‑center administrative functions. Current hospital‑wide and center projects also include awards and events coordination.
Responsible for monitoring multiple medium to large‑scale project activities, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among team members to ensure the successful execution of projects. Tracks and ensures that the schedule, budget, and details of project tasks are well‑organized. Analyzes data, prepares reports, and provides regular updates to the project team. Identifies and escalates issues and risks and recommends solutions. Leads and provides guidance and support to other administrative team members.
