albers-aersopace is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to provide experienced administrative support across multiple departments. You will manage calendars, arrange travel, prepare reports, and maintain records, serving as a key resource for administrative processes throughout the organization.
The role requires 3–5 years of administrative experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint), and excellent organizational abilities.

Under limited supervision, the Administrative Assistant II provides experienced administrative support to multiple departments and leaders. This position independently manages office functions, maintains business records, coordinates meetings and communications, and serves as a resource for administrative processes across the organization.
The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-10 hour shifts, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed based on workload demands.
