First Interstate in Bend, OR is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at the Moss Commercial Banking Center. You will greet visitors, provide front desk support, and handle diverse clerical tasks in a professional setting.
The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, excellent organization, and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Internet tools to prepare documents and presentations; typical hours are M-F, 8–5 with flexibility as needed.
This is a Part Time position located at our Bend, OR Moss Commercial Banking Center branch.

Greets and welcomes guests to the Bend Moss Commercial Building; assumes administrative responsibility for projects that may be complex and/or involve bank-wide impact. May provide assistance with special projects. Requires professionalism, confidentiality, initiative and good judgment. Position may be found in several different departments. Applies advanced skills for the position. Has varied and somewhat complex duties and tasks. Resolves most questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Works under minimal supervision.
