Our client, a leader in higher education, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant-Higher Education (Concur)

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Pay Range: $28-34 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Assisting with Concur reconciliation charges for staff and faculty.
  • Uploading financial aid awards efficiently and accurately.
  • Onboarding vendors in the I-buy system.
  • Submitting contracts in the Contracts Plus system for independent contractors and archaeology-related projects.
  • Updating budget reports for faculty and T&R.

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency with Concur, Google Platform, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
