Summary of Job Duties

25 % Responsible for management of student documentation, including documents received for admissions, incoming and outgoing transcripts, and updating of student information

20% Manage student documentation imaging into student information system and archival filing (when necessary), with the overall goal of moving the College to an all-digital filing system.

10% Monitor incoming Processing Center calls and/or texts and answer or distribute as needed.

15% Perform basic processing center functions such as NSC daily updates (such as transmission, preparation, and delivery of transcripts) and student data change requests (legal name, address, phone number, residency)

10% Serve as a liaison between the Processing Center and Welcome Center for student-facing processes

5% Serve as a back-up to the Main Campus phone line, and cover for Welcome Center administrative assistant during lunch breaks

5% Complete supply orders.

5% Complete Workday requests, such as spend authorizations and expense reports.

5% Perform other duties as assigned within the nature and scope of this position.

Qualifications

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field; plus two years of experience in a specialized or related field applicable to work performed.
