What You’ll Do - This role involves a mix of administrative support, client communications, and hands-on marketing tasks. You’ll work closely with the CEO and team to keep operations running smoothly while learning the ins and outs of digital marketing.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To)
- Administrative & Operational Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and daily agenda.
- Handle light bookkeeping (recording payments, sending invoices, and resending quotes).
- Organize and maintain client records in our CRM (Insightly).
- Research new marketing tools, software, and third-party services.
- Contact third-party support teams on behalf of clients and the company.
- Assist with client onboarding, including setting up marketing platforms and managing account credentials.
- Client & Team Communication:
- Respond to client emails and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal team to ensure clear communication.
- Assist with tracking and following up on new business leads.
- Entry-Level Marketing & Tech Tasks:
- Perform minor website edits and blog updates in WordPress.
- Assist with setting up and managing client marketing platforms (Google Business, social media accounts, ad platforms).
- Help with internal content updates, blog posting, and email blasts.
- Providing light support to marketing and web teams.
- Scheduling marketing review meetings.
- Pulling marketing reports.
What Makes You a Great Fit? We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks while staying detail-oriented and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- At least two (2) years’ experience working as an office assistant, experience in digital marketing and graphic design is a plus.
- 2+ years of administrative experience (preferably in marketing, tech, or a related field).
- Basic understanding of marketing, web development, and tech jargon (training provided).
- Experience with CRM software.
- Experience with Canva.
- QuickBooks experience (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with WordPress (comfortable making simple edits).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email and phone).

What We Offer The Right Candidate
$21-25 per hour DOE with health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off for major US holidays, and PTO.
Standard hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5:30pm MST, with approved flexibility when needed.
