Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative support in a construction office environment preferred.
• Knowledge of office-related practices and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail when using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and set objectives for projects.
• Perform data entry in internal tracking database and manage customer records.
• Support the Service Sales department and prepare sales estimates.
• Handle confidential information with high integrity and deliver ad hoc reports.
• Operate a multi-line phone system and greet visitors at front desk.
• Provide backup support for A/P and A/R tasks.
• Assist with quoting, mailing, and proposal preparation.
• Prepare bid documents and process customer warranties.
