OnTrac is hiring an Administrative Assistant - Fleet

Location: 1260 Collings Drive, Lockbourne, OH 43137

Pay: $20/hr

Shift: Sunday to Thursday from 7:00 pm - 4:00 am
(Shift may vary depending on business needs)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • At least two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience; Fleet experience preferred
  • High School Diploma required
Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures outlined in the Company Safety Program
  • Follow up with facility personnel on maintenance issues
  • Administer fleet maintenance records, process fleet invoices, and ensure regulatory compliance of the Fleet Department
  • Handle telephone calls, file, and data entry
  • Maintain all fleet files and costing sheets
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
  • Ability to communicate with vendors and corporate employees
  • Ability to understand and carry out written or oral instructions
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Windows applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
Additional Qualities:
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Provide feedback regarding invoices, maintenance, and compliance issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
