Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, invites applications for an Administrative Assistant/Exam Proctor. The role supports the College of Nursing’s Academic Team at the West Valley Accelerated BSN campus, ensuring exams are administered accurately and equipment is properly managed.

You will proctor in-person or virtual exams, provide technical assistance during tests, maintain compliance documents, and help with scheduling and data tasks under the Director of Nursing Services.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Nursing Academic Team and Director.
• Strong time management, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Proactive in maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain computer testing room and equipment.
• Proctor all in-person or virtual exams using standardized procedures.
• Provide technical assistance during student exams and respond to integrity breaches.
• Maintain knowledge of current operating technology and processes.
• Obtain and maintain all student compliance documentation.
• Perform scheduling, data entry, and calendar management for the cohort.
