The role includes recruitment, interviewing, payroll processing, data entry, records management, and supporting safety and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing and assisting in employee selection.
• Conducting employee orientations.
• Process payroll and attendance.

• Data entry of invoices, inventory, shrink, and other data as needed.
• Managing personnel files.
• Maintaining superior customer relations.
• Contributing to the overall operation of the kitchen.
