ABSS Solutions Inc (ASI) is seeking an image processor in Elkridge, Maryland for an on-site position. The role supports automated speed and school bus camera programs by reviewing photographic and video evidence and verifying vehicle details with the MVA.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Word and Excel, strong typing (40 WPM), and solid general computer skills. Training is provided and the job operates 8AM–5PM on-site only.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience using word processing software (Microsoft Word preferred).
• Two years of experience using spreadsheet software (Microsoft Excel preferred).
• Typing speed 40 WPM.
• Must have general computer skills; training on work-specific systems will be provided.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Review photographic evidence to support the automated ticketing for the speed camera program.
• Review video evidence to support the automated ticketing for the school bus program.
• Review information returned from the MVA to ensure the correct vehicle is ticketed.
• Prepare and mailing of citations and correspondence to violators.
• Flag registrations and maintain inventory.
• Prepare court packets as needed.
• Work independently after training.
• Normal business hours are 8AM to 5PM, with two 15 minute and one 30-minute break.
• This is an on-site position. No remote or hybrid work allowed.

Position Description

The processor reports directly to the Program Manager in support of the automated speed and school bus camera programs.

Responsibilities

• The processor will review photographic evidence to support the automated ticketing for the speed camera program.
• The processor will review video evidence to support the automated ticketing for the school bus program.
• The processor will be responsible for reviewing information returned from the MVA to ensure the correct vehicle is ticketed.
• The processor will be responsible for the preparation and mailing of citations and correspondence to violators.
• The processor may be assigned other minor tasks as needed, including but not limited to:
  • Flagging registrations
  • Preparing court packets
  • Maintaining inventory
• Work independently after training.
• Normal business hours are 8AM to 5PM, with two 15 minute and one 30-minute break.
• This is an on-site position. No remote or hybrid work allowed.
