Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $17.00 - $21.00 Hourly
Job Shift: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

We are looking for a motivated, dependable and welcoming administrative assistant with great communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greet customers & visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer/direct/route incoming phone calls pleasantly
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner when needed
  • Getting mail: Processing and distributing daily mail
  • Making bank deposits in person
  • Inventorying & ordering of office supplies
  • Assisting with special projects, branch event planning
  • General office-wide administrative support including: Photocopying, scanning, e-mailing, filing, and data entry
  • Assist sales team by reaching out to vendors to follow up on incoming orders
  • Help maintain office organized and presentable
  • Assist commercial sales team with the creation of construction documents in Adobe Acrobat X (will train)

  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be customer service minded and able to handle difficult situations
