A leading freight forwarding company is seeking a full-time Warehouse Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in Baytown, Texas. This dual-role involves providing administrative support to warehouse operations while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

The Warehouse Receptionist / Administratoris responsible for providing administrative support to the warehouse operationsteam while also serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.This dual-role position ensures the smooth flow of warehouse documentation,inventory records, and front-desk activities with a focus on professionalism,accuracy, and efficiency.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not supervise staff but workscross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

Minimum Education Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED and at least 2–3 years of relevant freight forwarding experience. Experience across sea, air, and road transportation logistics preferred.
