Salary Range: $16.75 - $26.75
The Admission process will be the primary role that would include, attending outside marketing events, making connections with other facilities, completing administrative tasks such as answering phones, taking messages and answering basic location questions. Conducts facility tours and educational sessions to prospective residents. Coordinates resident move-in process, including the handling of admission paperwork. Ensures smooth transition from referring facility to location. Provides location orientation to resident upon move-in. Visits with discharge planners, family members and members of the interdisciplinary team to promote the location and the use of services provided. Enters data in to the electronic medical record (EMR) accurately.
Social Services- assisting the Social Services Manager when needed with tasks, such as completing resident interviews or getting trained in completing assessments that are needed for social services.

Ft Collins Village is a 64-bed senior skilled nursing facility specializing assisted living, long-term and post-acute care services.
Providing administrative support and coordination of activities for specific teams of people. May include but not limited to answering telephone, taking messages and answering routine questions. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentations, billing, reimbursement, or monthly reports. Maintaining vacation schedule and managing schedules for the department. Order and dispense supplies. May perform payroll functions, such as maintaining timekeeping information, processing and submitting to payroll. May maintain master copies of company policy and procedure manuals; keeping them up-to-date.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Applicable experience preferred.
Based on facility needs, may require a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
