Job summary

New England Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to sales teams across multiple branch offices and central office operations.

This role is responsible for preparing proposal letters, assembling booking packages, processing sales lead incentives, and tracking additional work requests within the company's ERP system. The position also supports the sales organization by maintaining accurate customer and sales data within the CRM

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of prior administrative or office experience required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.

Geographic Disclosure

Compensation rate $58,000-$62,000 yearly
