An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies:
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Serves as the administrative assistant to the APS Director and coordinates communications, inquiries, and correspondence for APS staff.
Routes phone calls, emails, faxes, and other communications to the appropriate staff or program areas.
Maintains and organizes contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, and other critical program records.
Coordinates meetings, scheduling, meeting materials, and related administrative activities to support daily APS operations.
Serves as the time and attendance coordinator and HR liaison for APS personnel, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Manages the retention, filing, and destruction of APS records in accordance with established records retention requirements.
Processes mail distribution and provides administrative support to the OAAS Budget and Supports Division and other program operations as needed.
