Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level administrative support to managers, managing directors, partners, and other professionals.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and competing priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling and logistics, agenda preparation, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Make travel arrangements and coordinate related logistics.
  • Prepare, edit, review, and proofread reports, presentations, correspondence, emails, and other business documents.
  • Conduct research, gather and analyze information, and prepare reports to support planning and decision-making.
  • Track departmental projects, deadlines, activities, and administrative deliverables.
  • Manage expense tracking and reporting in accordance with company policies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Answer and route telephone calls and assist visitors.
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, copying, and coordinating meal orders.
  • Maintain organized records and support daily office operations.
  • Prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
