Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 to be the friendly first contact for veterans, visitors, and staff, providing essential front-office support. We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant 2 to serve as the first point of contact at the agency, creating a welcoming environment for veterans, visitors, and staff, and providing administrative support that keeps our front office running smoothly. This position is directly supervised by a Veterans Assistance Supervisor.

EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for six months of the required experience.

Work Schedule: Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
