Thrivent Financial is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a seasoned advisor in the local practice. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, handling mail, ordering supplies, and using Thrivent systems to support client relations.
The role is 32 hours per week with a pay range of $38,200 to $43,200, depending on experience. Candidates must be willing to become licensed within the first 6 months (FINRA SIE/7/66 and WA L&H).

The incumbent supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, meeting/greeting members, handling/distributing postal mail and practice email, ordering supplies, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Administrative Assistant reports to and is employed by the local advisor.
