The Boutique & Luxury Lodging Association (BLLA) is the official trade organization for boutique hotels, uniting independent hotel owners, creatives, and visionaries shaping the future of hospitality. In addition to our global membership, we produce leading industry events and original editorial content.

We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations, content coordination, and digital organization. This is a behind-the-scenes role for someone who is tech-savvy, reliable, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize shared inboxes
  • Upload and schedule content across platforms (WordPress, Squarespace, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Maintain clean, structured systems in Google Drive and Airtable
  • Assist with content workflows and asset management (naming files, organizing folders, uploading media)
  • Support internal team with administrative tasks (meeting notes, calendar organization, follow-ups)

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Airtable, and basic CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
  • Clear and professional written communication
  • Interest in hospitality, media, or events is a bonus
  • Having integrity and responsibility as one of your key pillars
  • $18,720/year (based on 20 hours/week)
