Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Assist in the creation and documentation of workflows, presentations, and proposals to empower the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM/ATS tools.
  • Inboxes and Calendar Management: Organize communications, manage priorities, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee multiple projects, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Event Logistics: Plan and manage virtual and in-person meetings and events.
  • Marketing Assistance: Support social media, email campaigns, and branded content creation.
  • Content Creation: Assist in drafting blog posts, newsletters, and visually appealing client-facing materials.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a professional liaison while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Organizational Support: Manage files, templates, and digital resources to improve efficiency.
  • Team Support: Identify opportunities to improve workflows or processes and take proactive steps to implement solutions.

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in sales or recruiting operations.
  • Familiarity with marketing basics like social media and email campaigns.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented, able to thrive in a small team environment where flexibility and collaboration are essential.
  • You’re based in Texas, preferably near Austin.
