Talent Acquisition Manager at Roth Staffing | "To make life better for the people we serve"

Part-time - 30 hours per week

**Must be able to work PST Hours

Contract Duration - 3 Months

Location - Irvine, CA 92606

Max Pay - $32.80 Per hour W2

*Experience with ECLM, HCP logistics via CWT, HCP Engage portal, Excel for tracking

Summary:

The main function of this administrative/executive assistant role is to provide high-level administrative support, including conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. The assistant acts as an information and communication manager for the office.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping.
  2. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.
  3. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  4. Analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan distribution.
  5. Prepare agendas and coordinate meetings for committees, boards, and other groups.
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Maintain organized and confidential information.
  • Basic mentoring skills for providing support and constructive feedback.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience working with executives is highly preferred.
