A leading company in administrative support is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Manager to provide high-level administrative assistance. The role involves managing communications and performing clerical functions while maintaining organized records. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience and strong communication skills.
Part-time - 30 hours per week

Contract Duration - 3 Months
Location - Irvine, CA 92606
Max Pay - $32.80 Per hour W2
*Experience with ECLM, HCP logistics via CWT, HCP Engage portal, Excel for tracking
The main function of this administrative/executive assistant role is to provide high-level administrative support, including conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. The assistant acts as an information and communication manager for the office.
