Chesterton Academy of St. Louis seeks a motivated front office administrator to manage daily operations at the school’s front desk. You will greet visitors, support students and families, and handle attendance, health records, communications, and student files with care and discretion.
The role is full-time for the school year, with part-time duties during the summer. A undergraduate degree is required; familiarity with Google Workspace and Rediker is helpful.

Chesterton Academy of St. Louis is a pro-life, pro-family classical high school teaching in the Catholic tradition, opened Fall 2023 and will grow to just over 100 students for the 2026/27 Academic Year. CASTL seeks a highly motivated individual who can joyfully and energetically take on the varied administrative duties of a newer school. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Rediker is preferred, but not required.
This role oversees the school’s day-to-day front office operations, with a focus on hospitality for visitors, students, families and staff. Responsibilities include attendance and health records, communications, student files, and assistance with school events and other school-wide priorities.
It is expected that candidates be practicing Roman Catholics and possess a willingness to adhere to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church and the mission of Chesterton Academy of St. Louis as set forth by the Board of Directors
