Job description

The position is part-time, approximately 15-20 hours per week initially, with potential to increase to 24-30 hours after November 2022. This is a remote position requiring communication with the manager, team members, and clients via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities / Administrative Support :

  • Managing electronic documents such as developing job and contract-specific files.
  • Assisting with coordinating and creating technical documents and presentations upon request.
  • Managing and updating customer guides.

Responsibilities / Regulatory Assistance :

  • Reviewing environmental documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Entering records into online databases and reviewing electronic components against regulatory standards.
  • Conducting impromptu regulatory investigations.
  • Monitoring a project email inbox received from airport customers and subcontractors.
  • Understanding customer Standard Operating Procedures to provide accurate guidance to customer sites.

Required Skills :

  • Organized self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication skills via phone and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for editing documents.
  • Ability to develop and maintain digital filing systems for technical documents.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Awareness of environmental requirements.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with data quality assurance and control (QAQC).
  • Customer service experience.

Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a progressively responsible role.
