Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Reading, PA. You’ll answer phones, greet visitors, manage calendars, and provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling and document preparation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of clerical or administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Current driver's license, registration, and access to a functional vehicle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, greet visitors, manage incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Address general inquiries regarding services provided by Supportive Concepts for families
  • Complete additional administrative duties assigned by the management team
  • Provide administrative support directly to the CEO, including scheduling, reminders, preparing documents, and handling follow-ups.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and communicate schedule changes.
  • Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain confidential documents and records.
  • Track office and business orders, place orders as needed, and monitor deliveries.
  • Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, clients, and other outside contacts.
  • Help coordinate meetings, prepare materials, take notes when needed, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
  • Handle sensitive company and employee information with discretion.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while determining what needs immediate attention.

What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
