The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associates or bachelor’s preferred) and at least 5 years of administrative experience, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This position supports both general office functions and executive leadership needs by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing correspondence and reports, and serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and discretion skills to prioritize competing demands, anticipating needs, and maintain efficiency. In addition, the Administrative Assistant contributes to creating a professional, welcoming environment while upholding confidentiality and supporting the overall effectiveness of the leadership team.
Compensation:Salary depends on experience and expertise.Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
