  • Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate committee, board, and leadership meetings, including logistics and follow-up actions.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support special projects and additional administrative initiatives as assigned.

Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to leadership. This individual will play a critical role in managing administrative functions, coordinating executive activities, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and leadership teams.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 10+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities.

This is a Contract position based out of Peoria, IL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
