Description: Full-service literary agency seeks part-time administrative/royalty administration assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with royalties and accounting requests, including tracking and comparing statements
• Assist with research requests and rights inquiries by interpreting contracts, searching databases, and sharing findings with team in a thorough, streamlined manner
• General administrative assistance, including occasional scanning, data entry, and bookkeeping as needed

Requirements: • B.A. or significant work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Office experience required (4+ years), publishing experience a major plus
• Meticulous organization skills
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Availability for 8-10 hours remote with room to advance
