Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, professional responses to phone calls and emails.
  • Welcome tenants and new applicants, guiding them through the application process.
  • Distribute application materials, conduct interviews, and perform background and credit checks.
  • Manage leasing tasks such as lease signings, preparing financial statements and invoices, and performing other administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate wait and transfer lists; review applicant files to determine eligibility.
  • Support site and office operations as assigned by manager.
Compensation
  • $19.00-$21.00 per hour
  • Plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the affordable housing industry (preferred).
  • Ability to obtain a leasing license within 120 days of hire.
  • COS/TCS preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing complex operational tasks.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
  • Commitment to exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service.
