Essential Functions

• Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support to the bank.
• Answers questions in person, corresponding professionally on the telephone, mail, and/or e‑mail and refers customers to other Bank services.
• Performs compliance duties by reviewing bank files and documents to ensure compliance with conditions, rules, statutes and regulations.
• Complies with bank operations and procedures by consulting with and working with the compliance officer on various loan and operation functions.
• Assists with charge-offs, collection letters, certain garnishments and judgments.
• Assists with accounting functions of the bank.
• Assists with investment functions of the bank.
• Complies with Bank operations and procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act, while serving as back‑up for Bank Secrecy Officer.
• Follows attendance policies in compliance with the employer handbook.
• Prepares reports as required and assists customers with various services.
• Provides secretarial services and assists all areas of the bank as requested.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Assists with tasks and projects as assigned.
