We are dedicated to empowering both Hispanic and American communities through comprehensive financial solutions. Our focus is on financial education, tax planning, and legacy-building strategies, offering products such as Index Universal Life (IUL), life insurance, and personalized guidance. We are committed to helping individuals and businesses choose the right coverage to ensure they are protected with tailored, affordable insurance solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Kissimmee, FL. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in the daily operations of the office, providing both administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening and closing the office
  • Managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming clients and agents
  • Handling physical and digital documents, including PDFs, scanned forms, and e-signatures
  • Using CRM software (Go High Level) and insurance company platforms for client follow-ups and quotes
  • Supporting life and health insurance operations (without executing health processes)
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $16/hour
  • 20 hours of PTO per year (increases to 40 hours after 1 year)
  • Paid holidays (office closed)
  • Semi-annual performance bonuses (July and December)

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or front desk roles
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office setting
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability
  • Proficient in the use of CRM systems, Google Drive, Excel (advanced), email platforms
  • Basic knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Canva, WhatsApp Business, Calendly, and Google Calendar
  • Comfortable with printers, scanners, and digital document management
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
