Diamond Environmental Services is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant for Huntington Park, CA, to support senior leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for multiple managers, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and accommodations.
  • Meeting & Travel Coordination: Arrange on-site and off-site meetings, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
  • Expense Processing: Process and reconcile travel and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare documents, handle correspondence, maintain files, and serve as a key point of contact for executives and staff.
  • Office & Facility Management: Oversee maintenance of facilities, office equipment, and systems (directly or through vendors).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, administrative teams, and external partners.
  • Compliance & Standards: Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards; support cost control, waste reduction, quality, and timely delivery goals.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers through clear, professional communication.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

With Locations serving the counties of San Diego, Riverside, and Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles, we provide all types of portable sanitation services and temporary fencing to both commercial and residential customers.

Summary

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactiveOperations Administratorto provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and maintains discretion when handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
