Job summary

Bray International, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to leaders and teams in Houston, TX. You will manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare documents and reports to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative or related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and coordinate meeting materials and follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and expenses.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and team activities.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, purchase requests, and reimbursements; assist with budget tracking.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records, files, databases, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while providing proactive, high-quality support.

Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to leaders and team members.
