Support daily operations at a high level by providing organized, reliable administrative support to the Director of Operations and broader leadership team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will help coordinate office activities, manage schedules and communications, and provide support across key functions including Payroll, HR, and Shipping. Your ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and keep information flowing will help ensure smooth, efficient operations across the facility. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting leaders, working across teams, and contributing to a well-run, fast-paced environment.
