Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Fort Lauderdale to support office personnel and Operations teams. The role involves creating work packets and entering projects into Vista, coordinating with General Managers and Supervisors, and assisting with calls and messages as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years in an office setting, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Non-Exempt
$20-$25 depending on experience in the electric utilities industry.
M-F 6:00am-2:30pm for the first month of training and then the schedule moves to a Tues-Sat 8:00am-4:30pm
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The Administrative Assistant works directly with the Operations teams to create work packets and enter projects into Vista. This includes working with the General Managers and Supervisors to provide information, follow-up on questions and assistance as needed. This position also uses customer systems to obtain work orders, and follows up as needed with the GM's, Supervisors and/or customers. It might also require taking and receiving calls, taking messages and directing calls as needed.
