The Odom Corporation in Fairbanks is seeking an organized customer service specialist to support sales and delivery staff by processing orders accurately and on time. You will monitor, review, and confirm orders, communicate pricing issues, and assist with pricing adjustments and invoice research.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in cash handling or customer service. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook is expected to boost efficiency.
$21 - $22 hourly, depending on experience
Provides direct customer service and supports sales and delivery staff through timely and accurate order processing

Adept with required computer applications - Excel, Word, Outlook and various industry specific systems. Ability to coordinate knowledge of proprietary systems with these programs to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
