Estes Construction is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support executive leaders and shared services teams in Davenport, IA. You’ll coordinate calendars, travel, reports, and events, balancing priorities across Finance, Contracts, IT, Organizational Development, and Marketing & Communications.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of administrative experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills.
