Campus Dining and Shops at UB in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support to procurement and accounting. You will process invoices, code GL entries, and enter data into the food service management system and spreadsheets.
The role supports annual financial statements and reporting while coordinating with multiple departments. Typical hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with occasional overtime during peak periods.

Provides day-to-day administrative support to the procurement and accounting departments including processing and general ledger coding of invoices within the food service management system following accounting standards and processes. Data entry of invoices and general ledger information into profit and loss statements. Various administrative and data entry related tasks as assigned by management for these departments may also be included.
Typical schedule is 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday with the occasional need for overtime during peak periods or when business necessitates.
High School Degree or higher.
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, photocopies, phones, filing cabinets, fax machines etc.
